Participation
In order to participate in the prize draw you must complete and submit sign-up form of this landing page.
The participation is only valid for the first 45 customers who submitted the fully filled-in sign-up form. Subsequent submissions will not be taken into account during the draw.
Only one submitted registration per contestant participates in the contest. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses or multiple Facebook profiles to increase profit opportunities.
Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Persons entitled to participate
Participation in the contest is restricted to all persons and employees of the operator who are involved in the conception and implementation of the contest, as well as their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at his own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justifiable reasons, for example
(A) in the event of any manipulation related to access to or performance of the contest; (b) any breach of these terms; (c) in the case of unfair action; or (d) in the case of false or misleading information relating to participation in the contest.
Profit, notification and transmission of profit
A total of 45 x boxes of cups or film for products of the LAB-X series.
The winners will be determined by the order of sign-up. The winners will be informed of the prize in a timely manner via a separate email.
The prize is awarded exclusively to the winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the profit are not possible.
Any costs incurred for shipping the profits are covered by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not register within a period of three weeks after a twofold request, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Termination of profit
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without notification of reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons which would interfere with or prevent the scheduled performance of the prize draw.
Data protection
For the participation in the prize draw the specification of personal data is necessary. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular the first name, last name and email address, are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant is neither passed on to third parties without the consent of the organizer, nor is it left to third parties.
Applicable law

The competition of the operator is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
Severance clause
Should a provision of these terms of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of these terms of participation will remain unaffected. Instead of the ineffective provision, the legally permissible regulation which comes closest to the sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision applies. The same applies to the event of a regulatory gap in these terms of participation.
