More InformationThe EA8000 X-ray particle contaminant analyzer is the world standard in contaminant detection and analyzing foreign objects in lithium-ion battery components with high throughput. It can be installed either in-line to be incorporated into a production line or near-line where an inspection line is placed in parallel or in a laboratory. Our electron microscopes are optimal for quality control, from scanning electron microscopes that support large samples to desktop electron microscopes.
We also offer EDXRF (bulk materials and coatings), LIBS, OES, and thermal analysis instruments for the analysis of a wide range of materials including alloys, polymers, and electronics.
