New state-of-the-art applications laboratory at Hitachi High-Tech Europe’s German head office

Oxford, UK, July 2024 – Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science, a Hitachi High-Tech Corporation wholly owned subsidiary engaged in the manufacture and sales of analysis and measuring instruments, has opened a new state-of-the-art applications laboratory in Krefeld, Germany.

The new applications laboratory located at the Hitachi High-Tech European head office combines the strengths of Hitachi High-Tech’s core technology and solutions business group by offering a broad range of observation, measurement, and analysis instruments under one roof. A team of 10 highly qualified and experienced application specialists from both businesses will be based in Krefeld to provide customers with a single point of reference for their analysis needs across a range of analytical instrumentation including X-ray fluorescence (XRF), laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and thermal analysis analyzers to scanning electron microscopes (SEM) and focussed ion beam systems from Hitachi High-Tech Europe.
