Benchtop small spot XRF instruments are designed to measure small parts or individual features and specific areas on large parts. They can be configured with features including a motorized precision sample stage and alignment tools for repeatable positioning, adjustable lighting and zoomable camera for clear sample imaging, as well as hardware and software for automating measurement tasks. Handheld instruments, besides their inherent portability, allow you to measure parts that are too large or heavy to fit in a benchtop chamber, including the ability to reach deeper into larger assemblies to take measurements. They are also ideal for taking along for in-service inspection work and supply chain audits.
